So glad I came here I hadn’t had a haircut in years, after a while the idea of going to a hairdresser made me nervous. But after home bleaching and dying my hair for years I had breakage everywhere and I decided to just go for it. I’m really happy with the cut and the layers that he put in has really disguised the broken bits of hair. I don’t think any hairdresser has bothered to go into such detail about how to dry my hair best, how to get the most out of shampoo+conditioner, and which products would be best for my hair. I liked that Papi cared about hygiene, I was given a mask and had to sanitise my hands which is sensible during high numbers of cold, flu and covid around. And most importantly is that even though he was very professional he was also very nice so I see why lots of nervous people come here and recommend it if you are nervous.

The salon is clean and all the covid protocols were followed, great for us as we were a bit nervous about trying somewhere new. Both of us love our new haircuts. Felt very safe there whilst having hair coloured and cut, the salon was closed apart from myself and my daughter and no one else allowed in to stick to Covid guidelines and back door left open to enable air flow, masks worn by staff and regular cleaning and hand washing, one of the safest places I’ve been since opening up. The colour and cut was fabulous and the cut for my daughter was also just what she needed. Thank you

Been going to Papi for years and always a great service and cut. Went there once hairdressers were allowed to reopen and have to say it was a very well organised process. Papi in full PPE and screen at reception desk. All equipment cleaned at each stage and antibacterial gel used by both customer and hairdresser throughout the time in the shop. I have been going to breeze for 10 years and on the day I tried to get my hair cut I was annoyed because he wasn’t open he was on holiday and the salon was being refurbished so how the person had there hair cut is what I cant work out makes me quite angry why would someone make this up
